Our compilation for Antalya, not an official route, and one of the widest in this guide. The province is unusual here in that its draw is not one famous site but a coastline with ancient cities strung along it.
Alanya castle closes the eastern end, with Aspendos and the Altınbeşik cave inland between it and the city. Xanthos and Kekova are the far west, and Hadrian's Gate, Kaleiçi and the provincial museum are in the city itself. Each of them would be the anchor of a smaller province.
If your time is short, we would take the city — Kaleiçi and Hadrian's Gate, the provincial museum, the necropolis museum and the Atatürk house, with the Düden waterfall and the Karain cave north of it — and leave Alanya and the Lycian west for separate trips.
No driving times are given: straight-line distance is not driving time, and on this coast the difference is large. What each place is, and who says so, is on its own page.
