İbrahim Bey Camii stands in the centre of Kozluk in Batman. According to the inscription over its entrance, it was built in 1705 by İbrahim Bey, son of Murtaza Bey of the Garzan tribe.
The minaret is the part the provincial directorate singles out, calling its architecture a work of high craft and fine elegance. It rises from a five-sided base and was built with two separate stairways inside — one of a hundred steps, the other of ninety-nine.
