The centre of it is Harput, the old town on the ridge above Elazığ. The Great Mosque, the tomb of Mansur Baba and Harput castle all stand within a few hundred metres of one another — one walk, not several.
Below the ridge, the old government building is in the city itself, and the Hazar lake nature park lies south-east of it at Sivrice, furthest from the rest. The coffee cup museum has no coordinates in our inventory, so its position in the ordering means nothing.
