Yunus Emre Tabiat Parkı covers 61.37 hectares in the Mihalıççık district of Eskişehir, declared on 31 July 2017, and lies 4 kilometres from the town by road.
Black pine is the main tree, with aspen and prickly juniper alongside it, and beneath them rockrose, bramble, hawthorn, dog rose, rowan, mullein and meadow grasses.
The animals recorded include wild boar, fox, hare, jackal, hedgehog, ground squirrel and bank vole; peregrine, hooded crow, sparrowhawk, sparrow, jay, common buzzard, starling and white stork; and the spur-thighed tortoise, lizards, the large whip snake, tree frog, common toad and marsh frog. Mallard, greylag goose and carp also appear on the list, which reflects the water in the park — among its facilities is a jetty.
Alongside that jetty are a wildlife education centre, day-use areas, picnic units, walking and cycling paths through the forest, lavatories, a fountain and a children's playground, with a stated capacity of 1,040 visitors and 20 vehicles. The park is reached on the Eskişehir–Mihalıççık road; from the centre of Mihalıççık the route runs west along Ömerköy Caddesi and onto the Ömerköy pond road, and the Ömerköy neighbourhood is about 1.71 kilometres from the park, with signs the whole way. Mihalıççık is 91 kilometres from Eskişehir, and the nearest airport, Eskişehir Hasan Polatkan, is about 85 kilometres away.
