The ethnography museum at Yenice is not a separate building but a collection inside the district's Culture and Youth Centre, in the centre of the town, and it has been there since 1997.
What it keeps is the working and domestic life of the surrounding country: farm tools that were actually used in the area, local dress, kitchen equipment, vessels of earthenware and of copper, carpets and kilims woven by hand in the district, dowry chests, and the jewellery that belongs with the costume.
