The Karaçay picnic ground lies four kilometres from the centre of Osmaniye, and the waterfall is at the end of the 3.5-kilometre nature park beyond it, where the Karaçay stream drops twenty-five metres down steep slopes.
Plan for the last stretch on foot: you can drive part of the way, but the falls themselves are reached only by footpath, which is why the area has stayed as unspoilt as it has. The ground here grows the plants particular to the Çukurova and is used for day trips and walking, and there are small restaurants for what visitors need. Minibuses and taxis serve the valley.
