This is a biographical museum in a traditional Antep house in the historic Bey neighbourhood, one of the oldest settled parts of Gaziantep. The municipality restored the house and opened it on 8 February 2014 in memory of Ali İhsan Göğüş, one of Türkiye's first ministers of tourism, with the help of his daughter, the journalist and writer Zeynep Göğüş.
The displays are personal rather than institutional: objects and documents from Göğüş's years as a member of parliament, his ministerial posts, his career in journalism and his social life. A separate library section holds books he donated from his own collection. The house itself is worth the visit for anyone curious about how Bey's older courtyard houses are laid out.
