The retreat of Zemzem-ül Hassa stands on a hill about three kilometres outside Tillo, and it is known as the Kubbe-i Hasiye for its dome. The place has been renewed and made into a complex.
Zemzem-ül Hassa Hatun, who lived between 1765 and 1852, was known as a saint and as a woman of letters; she spent her life in worship, in remembrance and in writing, and is known for her collected poems, the Divan. She was the wife of Sultan Memduh, and her grave is not here but in the tomb of Sultan Memduh. Tillo is seven kilometres from the centre of Siirt.
