The school building has two floors above a basement and is built of cut yellow stone. The entrance is on the south front, with a projecting bay above the door.
Above that door is an inscription of six lines carved on marble. It has worn away and cannot be read; the sources give 1895–96 as the date of the building.
The bays carry eight arched windows with iron grilles, four on the front faces and four on the sides. The projecting bay itself has four round-arched windows in moulded stone frames, one on each side face and two on the front, and the keystones of the front windows carry ornaments resembling column capitals. The first-floor windows have iron grilles. The entrance door is round-arched in a moulded stone frame with wooden leaves, and above it is a semicircular window in a moulded stone frame.
On the north front three bays run the length of the second floor, the middle one a half-circle: the side bays have three round-arched windows each in stone frames, as does the round one, and the gaps between them carry three more each. On the west front there are bays at the sides, one of them holding the chimney, along with a second round-arched entrance in a stone frame, eight windows on the first floor, and the basement entrance. The east front has two bays and another door. The roof is tiled.
