This Seljuk bridge over the Yeşilırmak north of the city is still in use. It is built of cut stone, 151 metres long and 7 wide, on five arches, and the provincial directorate counts it among the imposing works of the Seljuk period in the province.
It can be seen from across the water at the Tokat bus terminal, on the old Turhal road.
