Yeşildirek Mağarası lies in karstic limestone country at the Dedekoyağı locality in Sarıveliler, Karaman. It is a long cave of about 750 metres.
Stalactites and stalagmites fill it in quantity, and the formation is still going on rather than finished. A clean spring runs somewhere near the middle of it.
Because of the limestone, the provincial directorate says, the inside takes a colour that turns from deep black towards green. It gives no visiting arrangements for the cave.
