The Udma Cheese Museum is in an old hamam. The bath house in Kozluca Mahallesi, in the Şahinbey district of Gaziantep, was restored by the regional directorate of the Vakıflar and reopened under this name, given over to cheese: the museum follows the whole sequence from the making of it to the form it reaches the table in.
It opened on 15 September 2022, during the fourth GastroAntep festival, as part of the city's effort to present its food heritage abroad. At the opening the municipality announced that the building would also hold a restaurant for demonstrations by well-known chefs and a shop selling cheese.
