Nothing is established about this building: the source states that no information about the store at Otluca has been found in the sources, and so its date is not known.
It was built of rubble stone to serve as a store and cellar. The entrance is under a round arch, and beyond it runs a passage about a metre high. Otluca is in the Şavşat district of Artvin.
