The culture centre at Kozan holds a multi-purpose hall seating 312, an exhibition hall, a hall for ballet, dance and folk dance training, a library and reading room for adults and another for children, a computer room, four administrative rooms, two rest rooms for performers, four workshops and a cafeteria.
The site covers 4,931 square metres and the usable area 4,500 square metres. At the time the directorate wrote, the official opening had yet to take place.
The centre is in the town centre and easily reached by minibus and by public and municipal buses.
