Kadırga Yaylası lies within Süme village in Kürtün district, 90 kilometres from central Gümüşhane, and the whole road up to it is asphalt and reinforced concrete.
It has electricity and telephone service, and for visitors a hotel, a restaurant, a country coffee house, a grocer and a greengrocer, together with an open-air mosque.
Plateau festivals are held there every year; the provincial directorate does not give the dates.
