This is the house where İlhan Koman was born, one of the most valued names in Turkish sculpture. The mansion is in the neo-classical manner and was built in 1908 by Greek architects and painters.
It is on Maarif Caddesi in the Kaleiçi quarter, in the city centre. The source does not say what the building is used for now.
