Hacetderesi Tabiat Parkı covers 16.01 hectares in the Tuzla district of İstanbul and was declared on 7 August 2012. Before setting out, note what the Directorate states: the structures on the site are undergoing repair and maintenance and the park is closed to visitors. No reopening date is given.
Calabrian pine makes up most of the plant cover, with bramble, firethorn, butterfly bush and heavenly bamboo among the shrubs. The mammals observed are weasel, red squirrel, hedgehog, mole and martens, along with various birds and reptiles.
When open, the park offers recreation areas for day use, picnic tables, lavatories, a fountain and a rain shelter, with a stated capacity of 2,500. It is reached from the road to Sabiha Gökçen airport, turning off at the junction for Aydınlı village.
