The terrace looks down over Ferizli district in Sakarya. The provincial directorate gives its height as 100 metres without saying whether that is the terrace's elevation or the hill it stands on.
There is a cafeteria, the viewing area itself, walking areas, playgrounds and picnic grounds. The directorate notes it is among the places people go for a spread breakfast.
The approach is on asphalt road and it can be visited in every season.
