Rize's tea bazaar covers about ten dönüm, and the thing that marks it is a building shaped like a tea glass: the Bardak Kule, which the directorate also gives in English as the Tea Glass Tower. It has seven floors, stands 30 metres tall and holds 1,453 square metres of covered space.
Inside is a cinema of eighteen seats telling the journey of tea from soil to glass, which the source describes as 13D. On the top floor of the glass a viewing terrace of 280 square metres gives a full panorama.
The directorate notes that the tower's exterior lighting, and the moving text displayed on it on special occasions, draw visitors at night.
