Canköy Nature Park lies within the Gölova district of Sivas and covers 32.2 hectares. It was declared a nature park on 29 May 2018 and falls within the area of the Sivas branch directorate of the fifteenth region.
Among the plants growing in the park are Scots pine, common juniper, hawthorn, dog rose, downy oak, milk-vetch, mullein, sage, germander, cornflower, spurge and several thistles.
Bear, wild boar, wolf, squirrel, mouse, badger, marten, fox and hare live here, with green lizard, tortoise and snake among the reptiles, and partridge, wood pigeon, blackbird, woodpecker, eagle, sparrowhawk, falcon, buzzard, owl, crow and raven among the birds.
