These two tomb towers stand in an old cemetery about three kilometres south of Yenikaya, the former Kubik, in the Çaldıran district of Van. Their inscriptions are lost, and they are thought to have been built in the middle of the seventeenth century.
The two are single-storey and built close to one another, the northern with an octagonal body and the southern with nine sides. Their outer facing has been stripped away entirely. An article published in 1976 in the Sanat Tarihi Yilligi, on little-known buildings of the Van region, records that there were ram-shaped gravestones around the tomb towers.
