Bey Camii, also known as Süleyman Bey Camii, stands near the station building in Aydın and was built in 1683 by Süleyman Bey.
The plan is square and the building is of cut stone, covered by a dome whose sixteen-sided drum carries sixteen windows. The inside of the dome is painted with hand-drawn decoration.
The mihrab, also of cut stone, is plain. The minbar is marble and the panel beneath its stair is worked. The minaret has one balcony and a many-sided shaft.
