The park covers about sixty-five hectares in the Sinanpaşa district of Afyonkarahisar. Within it are an observation tower, three entrance and control buildings, five toilets, a children's playground, four open car parks, a country restaurant, two five-a-side football pitches, six tennis courts, changing rooms, a prayer room and a waterfall.
From the observation tower the hills where the Battle of Dumlupınar and the Great Offensive were fought can be seen. The İstiklal Interpretation Centre, which will present the Great Offensive and the War of Independence, stands within the boundaries of the park.
Around the lake within the park are picnic units and a walking track. The lake brings a great many birds and animals here at different times of the year, among them the marsh frog, sparrow, mallard and swallow.
