The bath stands beside the mosque of the same name at Mudurnu and was built in the same year, 1382. Its architect was Ömer bin İbrahim, who seven years later built the Orta Hamam in Bolu town.
The provincial directorate calls it among the finest of the baths built in its period, and points to two things in particular: the portal and the transitions to the dome.
