The Yemişçi plane stands in Güzelbahçe district of İzmir on 2.5 decares declared a natural monument on 25 July 1995. It is 370 to 380 years old, 20 metres tall, 2.78 metres across the trunk and 8.70 metres around, and it divides into four main limbs.
Its page records two things about its condition that sit oddly together: the inside of the trunk has emptied out and formed a hollow, and the general condition of the tree is good.
A second monument in the same district carries the same name — the Yemişçi stone pine, declared two days later. Capacity here is 60 visitors and 20 vehicles, with hours of 07:00 to 21:00.
