Topuk Yaylası Tabiat Parkı covers about 77.98 hectares in the Domaniç district of Kütahya. It was declared a nature park on 21 March 2017, and from 31 December 2019, when its development plan was signed by the General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks, it has been managed under the National Parks Law.
Oriental beech is the dominant tree, and the stands are middle-aged and old, with shrubs and bushes in places. Among the plants recorded on the forest floor are autumn crocus, groundsel, field wormwood, field eryngo, wild strawberry, alyssum, sheep's sorrel, Venus's looking glass, spurge, tamarisk, mallow, cock's-foot, cuckooflower, the helleborine Cephalanthera longifolia and the Ankara crocus.
The animals observed include spur-thighed tortoise, sparrow, jay, common buzzard, wild boar, bank vole, hedgehog, ground squirrel, lizard, the large whip snake, marsh frog, carrion crow and starling.
Facilities are day-use areas for picnics, lavatories, a prayer room, a viewing terrace and two children's playgrounds, with a stated capacity of 212 visitors, 74 vehicles and 15 tents. The park is 101 kilometres north-west of Kütahya, reached by private vehicle on the D-595.
