The mosque has no inscription, and its date rests on how it was built: the technique calls to mind early Ottoman work.
It is of cut stone with timber tie courses between. In the middle a large dome rests on angled arches carried by four piers, with eight small half-domes set around it. It is in the centre of Tavşanlı.
