The mosque at Tepeköy village, in the Çilimli district of Düzce, is rectangular in plan, with a timber frame and brick infill under a hipped roof, and its inscription gives 1954 as the year it was built. The minaret is clad in zinc.
What earned it registration by the Ankara conservation board is the woodwork: besides the wooden minbar and mihrab, there is carved woodwork in the ceiling and the gallery.
