Reaching these falls means leaving the car: the natural monument is 9.5 kilometres from Çamlihemsin on the Çamlihemsin-Ayder road, and visitors walk the last two kilometres.
The Bulut falls drop 250 metres in four stages, which the source places among the high waterfalls known in Türkiye. The protected area covers 310 hectares. Its declaration date is given twice and differently — 2 December 2014 in the text and 2 November 2015 in the data field. The Rize-Artvin airport is 88 kilometres away, and the site is open 08:00 to 17:00, with capacity for 1,000 visitors.
