Orduzu Pınarbaşı is the best-known picnic ground in Malatya, five kilometres from the centre on the Elazığ road, at the township of Orduzu. The lake there was made by damming the spring water, and pine and other trees cover the slopes on both sides of it.
People come in every season and in numbers in summer, to picnic, to walk, or to eat at the restaurants along the lakeside. City transport reaches it.
