This mosque in the İslampasa quarter of Rize stands in a wide burial ground and goes by two names, the İslam Paşa mosque and the Kurşunlu mosque. It was built in 1571 by İskender Cafer Paşa.
It is rectangular in plan, built of rubble stone, and its dome has 24 windows.
