The waterfall this park is named for drops about 15 metres at the northern end of the site. It lies at Kınık village in the central district of Bilecik, in country cut by deep canyon valleys between the Karşıyaka and Börekbasi hills, with the Çoklum stream running through them.
The area, 111.1 hectares of state forest, was declared a nature park on 4 June 2018 and is managed under the national parks law. It is open from 10:00 to 19:00 and its capacity is small: 100 visitors and 25 vehicles.
