Kilari Selim Ağa built this mosque in Amasya in 1484, and it stands between the Taş Han and the bedesten, on the main road in the town centre. It is built of cut stone and brick.
The porch is in two sections under two domes, with three round columns linked by pointed arches. The section on the right has a small door under a segmental arch with the building inscription above it; the section on the left is given over to prayer. The minaret on the west front has a single balcony. The mosque itself is square in plan and covered by a dome on an octagonal drum.
