The Keramet mulberry stands in the Arslanbeyli neighbourhood of the Seyitgazi district of Eskişehir. It is a black mulberry, estimated at 700 years old, 7 metres tall and 1.30 metres in diameter, and the Directorate records its form as sound.
The tree grows on flat plain under the climate of western and central Anatolia. It is reached along the Eskişehir–Seyitgazi–Arslanbeyli road, about 50 kilometres.
