This single-arched bridge in the Çayeli district of Rize is 26 metres long and 2.4 wide, running east to west, with the feet of its round arch set on the bedrock of the stream bed. Cut stone was used in the arch and the parapets, rubble stone elsewhere, and the roadway across it is laid in irregular rubble. It connects to the road network.
It goes by two other names, Tolenis and Kestanelik. Its importance comes from its position on the historic trade road running from the İncesu plateau towards İspir. The source does not give the date it was built.
