The mosque on the square known as Belediye Önü in İnegöl was built by İshak Pasha, who commanded part of the Ottoman forces during the siege of Constantinople and held senior office under Murad II, Mehmed II and Bayezid II, serving as grand vizier twice under Mehmed and once under Bayezid. The endowment records show it was built before 1468-69.
In its construction it counts as a continuation of the school of architecture known as the Bursa manner, and in plan it resembles the Hamza Bey Mosque in Bursa. It has two domes of equal size set in line, with domed and vaulted additions at the sides linked by wide arches; the large domes rest on drums with triangles in relief. The porch has five small domes carried on masonry piers. The arches are laid three courses of brick to one of stone, and the main walls are built of regular rubble stone with two courses of brick. The complex is on Ankara Caddesi in the Cuma quarter of İnegöl.
