These monuments are cut into the east-facing slopes of a rocky hill south of the Devrez stream, on the left of the Çankırı-Kastamonu road. What is carved there is more than tombs: man-made caves in numbers, rock-cut graves, a space thought to have been a rock church, and hollows whose purpose is not known.
The tombs are thought to have been among the places held sacred and used for religious ceremonies, probably connected with the mound nearby. The site lies on the Çankırı-Ilgaz road, at Inkoy.
