İncesu Mağarası is a natural cave 1,356 metres long, on the eastern slopes above the İncesu stream, nine kilometres south of the town of Taşkale in the central district of Karaman.
Inside are a great many stalactites, stalagmites and travertine pools, which make it rich to look at.
In the rock shelters nearby there are traces of a small settlement of the Roman period.
The cave is also said to be good for such complaints as asthma and heart failure. A feasibility study was carried out by the directorate general of mineral research, and with lighting, a walkway inside and an asphalt approach road it now serves health tourism.
