Hocalı Anıt Park-Müze is in the İsmet Paşa quarter of Kızılcahamam, Ankara, and was built jointly by Kızılcahamam Municipality and the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Türkiye.
It is a memorial museum about what happened in the town of Khojaly in Azerbaijan in 1992, which the provincial directorate describes as a massacre carried out by Armenians. The exhibition area and library hold panels, books and periodicals on the subject; the source gives no further account of the events, and none is added here.
Outside, in the courtyard, stand a memorial sculpture and street furniture.
