This plateau lies among the Akdağ forests, with the Hasbek-Hisarbeyli-Akdağmadeni road running through it, and a sizeable stream flowing between two hills. One side of the hill is covered with pines, the other with low vegetation.
It is the plateau the people of Hasbek and Hisarbeyli go up to in summer. Cold springs are plentiful, and, as its second name says, it is known for its yoghurt. It is at Hisarbeyli village in the Sarıkaya district of Yozgat, reached by road.
