Two wings of this han have been lost entirely. What has survived is the part on the west and some of the spaces on the south side, along with the fountain house in the middle of the courtyard, which is completely intact.
The han adjoins the Gümrük Önü bath and is of the same date as it; it is thought to have been built in the nineteenth century for trade. It was two storeys, of rubble stone and brick, entered through an iwan, with a courtyard in the middle. The fountain house standing in that courtyard is rectangular, built of stone and brick, its front given a stepped, arched appearance, with a trough at the bottom. The han is west of Hükümet Bulvarı, on 1629. Sokak in the Köprülü quarter.
