The castle stands on rocks commanding the country around, within the bounds of Göller village in the Çatalpinar district of Ordu. What is found there are stretches of ruined wall, a cistern and traces of settlement; the source says nothing about which period it belongs to.
Other things worth noting in the same area are the Killik rock, the Akkaya ancient settlement, the Bolaman valley and the healing water at Elmalı village. Çatalpinar is 55 kilometres from Ordu.
