Dumanlı Tabiat Parkı covers 681 hectares of Scots pine forest on the Dumanlı plateau in the Refahiye district of Erzincan and was registered as a nature park on 18 September 2017. It sits at 2,000 metres, which is what shapes a visit: snow in winter and cool air in summer.
Unlike many recently declared nature parks, this one is built and running. Construction of a forest lodge, a prayer room, an entrance control point, an administrative and guest house and a country restaurant began in 2018 and was completed in 2020. Alongside them are bungalows, children's playgrounds and picnic areas, and the park is used for walking, camping, photography and the views. Tent capacity is given as 20.
The park is operated by REKÜTAŞ, a company of Refahiye municipality, and lies 10 kilometres from the town.
