The Beypazarı Museum of History and Culture stands in the Beypazarı district of Ankara, in a traditional three-storey Beypazarı house built in 1850. Its founder, Mehmet Nurettin Karaoğuz, transferred it to the provincial governorship of Ankara, and it opened as a museum in 1977. It is supervised by the Directorate of the Ethnography Museum.
The museum is ethnographic in character and holds works of the region, mostly of the Ottoman and republican periods; the works displayed were given to the museum by the people of Beypazarı. In the garden are archaeological works of the Roman and Byzantine periods.
