The plane tree at Cino, in Sağman village in the Pertek district of Tunceli, was registered as a monumental tree and taken under protection by decision of the Erzurum board for the protection of cultural and natural property, dated 31 October 2009.
A fountain and a pool stand in front of it, running summer and winter alike, and the source gives one measure of the tree's size: twenty sheep can fit into the hollow in its trunk.
