The mansion's real name is the Hacı Muhammed Efendi Konak: Muhammed Efendi had it built in 1895 for his wife Vuslat Hanım. The adjoining building, later separated from it, served as the selamlik — the men's quarters — and this main building as the haremlik.
It is called the Akıncı Konak because the Akıncı family are its present owners. It holds twelve rooms, two kitchens, two large halls, two caves and two water wells. The source does not say whether it can be visited.
