The Yeşilli mosque serves as the central mosque of Bigadiç. It was built in 1715 by İsmail Ağa of the Çavuszade family, of Bigadiç, and has been repaired many times since, after fires and earthquakes among other causes.
In its general features it is an example of the architecture of its period: a regular cross plan, a six-columned porch for latecomers on the north, and a minaret at the north-east corner. It is on Tosunpinari Caddesi in the Kuyu quarter, in the centre of Bigadiç, and is reached by city transport.
