The house known as the Mühürdarzade mansion, now the Nuri Demirag Museum, belonged to Nuri Demirag, the Divriği-born businessman and politician who lived from 1886 to 1957. It is a traditional Divriği house of two storeys built in timber and mudbrick, plastered white, with an oriel; it was built in the middle of the nineteenth century and has come down through several repairs.
The house is laid out on an east-west axis in two main parts, the harem and the selamlik. The selamlik lies on the western side within a wide courtyard, separated from it by a double-leaved wooden door, and the courtyard holds fountains and a horse shelter. The selamlik has stables and stores on the ground floor, and above them a summer room, a winter room and a coffee hearth. The harem is on the east, reached by the stairs leading up to the kiosk in the roof space, and contains the entrance to the reception hall, various rooms and the kitchen. The house keeps its historic fabric and is used today both as a museum and as a restaurant serving local food. It is on Esatbey Caddesi in the Zeliha Hatun quarter of Divriği.
