The MSO Air and Space Museum is at the Necati Artan facilities in the Sivrihisar district of Eskişehir and opened in 2018. It displays a large number of aircraft of historical importance in world aviation, and what sets it apart from other aviation museums is that it is a flying museum: many of the aircraft in its inventory are still airworthy.
Part of the lobby building is given over to a reading corner where visitors can find books on aviation, and there is a restaurant on site. There is a ramp at the building entrance and an accessible lavatory. The museum operates under the supervision of the Ministry's General Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Museums, but note before you go that the MuzeKart is not valid here. It is at Yeşilköy in Sivrihisar.
