Kanlıpınar Tabiat Parkı covers 46.27 hectares in the Odunpazarı district of Eskişehir and was declared on 8 November 2023. The site is fenced, with mesh and wire around it.
What grows here is largely planted rather than natural: black pine and cedar saplings across the site, poplar and willow around the pond, and where the stone buildings stand, mature black pines at moderate canopy cover together with plane, cypress and cedar in places. The animals recorded are beech marten, common vole, Persian squirrel, wild boar and hare.
The park is set up for day use. There are picnic tables, a kiosk, playgrounds, a car park, shelters, barbecue places, bridges over the stream that runs through the middle of the recreation area, fountains, and a store for the administration, with a stated capacity of 1,835 visitors and 60 vehicles. Picnicking and walking are what it is used for.
The park stands on the Eskişehir–Ankara ring road, 15 kilometres from the city centre, and the whole approach is asphalt including the 1.5-kilometre road in from the main route. Because that road is a neighbourhood road connected to the ring road, access is easy in every season. Hasan Polatkan airport is 20 kilometres away.
